Shipping policy
Domestic Orders
A flat shipping fee of $11.95 will be applied to all orders less than $250.00. Free shipping applies to all orders of $250.00 or more. Shipping covers USPS Priority Shipping within the continental United States.If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, you may be charged for additional shipping fees.
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST, usually ship the same business day. Orders placed on our website on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 pm EST usually ship the next business day.
International Orders
Do not place international orders online (including Canada). Please email: sales@econugenics.com for assistance with placing an international order.Product Return Requirements
- All returns require prior approval from our Customer Care department. You must call before returning any product.
- We accept unopened, resalable product in original condition provided it is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
